One of the winery’s co-owners, Dave Phillips, will host the event and talk about California, the wine region and the winery’s history and wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are bringing you a truly extraordinary tasting on 5 October at the K\u00f3stolom winebar! We’ll be tasting some truly American wines from Michael David Winery. You’ll be talking about it for a long time, and you’ll be looking for these wines everywhere!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some information about the winery:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 150 years of family farming, the Michael David name has become more than just a winery; IT\u2019S A CULTURE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day, they work to ensure that Lodi is there for future generations. That is why they work according to the so-called “Lodi Rules”. They are proud to make sustainable wines with local producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what exactly are the Lodi rules?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would rather not list them now, because they have more than 100 rules to protect environmental, social and economical sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a legend that one of their winemakers has a “Lodi rules” tattoo on his back, but they can neither confirm nor deny this. Maybe the tasting will shed some light on this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
